Kitchen Tune-Up Tyler, TX is seeking an Apprentice Cabinet Specialist to join our team offering kitchen remodeling and cabinetry updates across Tyler and the surrounding communities.
We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand with homeowners.
We offer wood restoration, cabinet painting, cabinet redooring, cabinet refacing and custom cabinets.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Review stock levels and enter requisitions as required
Receive deliveries
Inspect deliveries
Get supplies from local suppliers
Prepare tools and materials for transport to job site
Deliver tools and materials to job site
Arrive to shop or jobsite on time in logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing
Follow instructions given by project manager
Follow Trustpoints on every job
Prepare job site for projects prior to starting work
Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
Able to keep track of tools and keep tool storage area organized
Communicate with project manager daily about progress
Work safely, quickly and efficiently (clients do not want us in their home any longer than needed)
Restore wood cabinets in the home
Paint cabinet doors and boxes
Redoor and reface cabinets
Install new custom cabinets
Must take pride in a job well done the first time
Follow established processes and make suggestions for improvement
Obtain measurements as required for project planning
Perform any other job duties that are required
Skills and Requirements:

Able to install doors and drawer fronts

Ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly level
Ability to demonstrate and share knowledge with others
Additional Skills (preferred but not required)
Prior experience in cabinet refacing
Prior experience in cutting moldings
Prior experience in painting cabinets
Prior experience in wood restoration
Prior experience in kitchen remodeling
Able to install crown molding
Able to demo and install tile backsplash
