*Construction Scheduling / Installation Crew Manager*
Tailored Foam, Inc.
a commercial construction services firm specializing in Core-Fill 500™ Masonry Foam Insulation, Spray Polyurethane Foam Insulation, and Air / Vapor Barriers is seeking a scheduling manager.
This is a leadership role that requires the ability to think critically, direct resources, manage work schedules, communicate with all levels of an organization, and hold team members accountable.
We would prefer experience in construction / logistics planning, but we will consider candidates with applicable management skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities include:
· Must gain complete knowledge of the means and methods we use to accomplish all scopes of work including knowledge of equipment and product technical information.
· Must provide leadership and hold crews accountable for adhering to company policies and productivity expectations.
· Develop relationships and become the primary point of contact for all field employees.
· Understanding installation timelines and key drivers of the scheduling process
· Learn the nuances of the hourly and bonus pay structures and how they can be used to motivate and benefit our installation team members.
· Manage all day-to-day crew activities from schedules, trucks, materials, expenses, installation issues, customer interaction etc.
· Coordinating with the operations team as it relates to upcoming employee and material needs.
· Communicating maintenance and weekly repair needs to our maintenance technician
· Working with our project manager and customers to ensure jobs are ready.
· Constant communication with customers and our operations team on all upcoming and ongoing projects.
· Assist Operations Manager in screening/ hiring process.
· Provide billing details and material counts for billing purposes.
· Ensure we are compliant with various government regulations and administrative reporting requirements.
Required skills and abilities:
· College degree or equivalent experience
· 5 years plus of supervisory experience (construction and or trade experience ideal)
· Mechanical aptitude
· Understanding of schedule optimization, job site activities, and fleet management is important.
· Willingness to travel overnight for initial training as needed.
· Strong organization, task prioritization, follow-thru and problem-solving skills.
· Basic computer and MS Office skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.
00 - $65,000.
