Job Description
Responsible for creating, delivering, and assessing the effectiveness of EG4 training curriculum, instruction, and programs.
Employing educational best practices and leading the way in creating enriching learning experiences that equip both internal and external learners with the essential skills and knowledge pertaining to EG4 products.
Assist in the creation and delivery of top-tier, engaging learning materials.
A successful candidate must be able to:
Support the onboarding process for new team members & distributor clients with relevant, appropriately leveled training (where needed).
Administer safety/compliance training for new/existing team members.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create curriculum and professional, engaging learning materials for new products, installer/distributor support, etc.

Provide expert guidance and support to trainers and instructors to ensure that technical content is delivered with pedagogical best practices.
Assist in authoring and maintaining a variety of learning resources such as e-learning modules, videos, interactive simulations, and assessments (SCORM, xAPI) using a variety of authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe).
Participate in the creation, promotion, and maintenance of certification programs to validate technical expertise.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate learners.
Proficiency in instructional delivery techniques and strategies, including the use of multimedia and technology to enhance learning.
Familiarity with various e-learning authoring tools, multimedia production, and graphic design principles.
Comprehensive technical knowledge of solar energy components, systems, implementation/installation, and regulations.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Working knowledge of Google Workspace Applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or comparable experience.
NABCEP PVA (Board Certification preferred)
Proven experience in designing and delivering corporate and/or product training.
Excellent documentation skills to maintain training records.
Physical Requirements:
This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting, computer work and other physical activities.
