We are seeking an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee our facilities' efficient and effective operation.
The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of facility maintenance, ensuring a safe and well-functioning work environment.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can lead a team, implement preventive maintenance programs, and handle various facilities-related projects.
A successful candidate must be able to:
Lead a team in identifying and addressing minor plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and drips.
Supervise the repair or replace fixtures, faucets, and pipes as needed.
Coordinate and oversee general maintenance tasks to uphold the cleanliness and functionality of the facility.
Manage repairing or replacing damaged equipment, furniture, and fixtures while guiding team members.
Oversee the troubleshooting and replacement/installation of any fixtures.
Take a proactive role in maintaining a safe working environment when leading the Facilities and Maintenance team.
Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by promptly addressing safety hazards.
Lead and supervise the Facilities and Maintenance Associates team through all daily operations.
Direct a team in an organized, time-efficient, safe manner.
Supervise the operation of machinery and equipment regularly used in maintenance and simple construction.
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to maximize team productivity and efficiency.
Identify, hire, and manage subcontractors for construction projects as needed

Qualifications:
Proven experience in facilities and maintenance management, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
Physical Requirements:
This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting 100+ lbs, bending, stooping, computer work, and other physical activities.
