Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000 Annually
We're seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Manager for our US-based solar manufacturing facility in Sulphur Springs, Texas.
The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience in manufacturing electrical equipment, demonstrating proficiency in electrical testing, PCB board assembly, and a strong focus on quality and yields.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire teams towards operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Utilize Six Sigma methodology to enhance manufacturing processes and ensure efficiency.
Oversee shift management and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
Demonstrate expertise in recruiting, developing, and managing high-performing teams.
Interface with international counterparts, particularly in China, to facilitate collaboration and streamline processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing electrical equipment, with a focus on solar technology.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive results through cross-functional teams.
Strong background in electrical testing, PCB board assembly, and quality management.
Six Sigma certification is a requirement.
Experience in recruiting and leading teams to success.
