POSITION DESCRIPTION
Home Building Team Members perform the manufacturing production operations assigned to their team in the home building process.
The position follows standard production methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
Production teams ensure that all homes meet sales orders, prints, specifications, and building codes, while ensuring a high-quality standard in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
repetitively, be on feet (standing and walking) for up to 4 hours at a time, perform a job that includes repetitive stooping/bending, crouching/crawling, pushing/pulling, work in extreme temperatures in an extremely fast-paced environment with little supervision
Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary
You must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members
Available to work M-F 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, with occasional overtime and Saturday work as required
Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings greatly desired
