*Location:* Lindale, TX
*Minimum Qualifications:*
* Ability to read and write in English
* Ability to lift at least 75 lbs
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
* Willingness and ability to work in outdoor environments and stay on feet for extended periods
* Willingness to work overtime when necessary
*Responsibilities:*
* Cleaning and preparing construction sites at the beginning and end of each day
* Loading and unloading materials and equipment
* Following instructions from supervisors and helping to implement daily plans
* Assisting equipment operators in their duties
* Laying pipe for water, storm sewer and sanitary sewer systems
* Digging trenches, compacting earth and backfilling excavations
* Performing other duties assigned
