*Production Operations - Stone Fabrication*
Role and Responsibilities
Must be willing to work 1st Shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday-Friday
Our growing company has an immediate opening for a *Production Operations Associate *who will be responsible for doing a wide range of tasks in a stone manufacturing shop including operating stone fabrication machinery, operating forklifts, and maintaining a clean work environment.
The right candidate for this role will have experience working in the manufacturing or construction industries.

*Essential Functions*
* Must be committed to working safely, following the company rules and helping identify opportunities for a safer workplace for everyone
* The work for this position includes operating stone cutting saws via computer interfaces, operating overhead cranes, packaging finished stone products for shipping, and general cleaning of work area.
* Must be able to work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity, decreasing downtime and waste
* Assume active role in overall shop-related work.
Position requires assisting all jobs on the shop floor
* Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines
* Follow all company safety rules
* Any other duties that may be assigned or required
*Qualifications and Education Requirements*
* Must pass mandatory pre-employment drug test, physical, and criminal background check
* High school diploma / GED
* Strong ethics and integrity
* Experience in a manufacturing environment
* Experience with masonry, carpentry or wood working a plus
* Machine operator experience a plus
* Forklift experience a plus
* Must have an openness to accept new techniques in product knowledge, training and problem solving
* Maintaining positive communication skills at all times.
*Physical Requirements Of This Job:*
* You will be expected to lift up to 50 pounds
* Bending, crouching, pushing and pulling will be required.
*Environmental Conditions:*
* Working in extreme weather conditions (hot and cold) in an indoor manufacturing facility
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.
