The company develops manufactured housing communities with luxury amenity sets in a way that has never been seen before in the affordable housing industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The core mission of the In-Fill Sales Consultant is to generate sales volume from existing home inventory to new customers.
In-Fill Sales Consultants are expected to make cold calls in addition to following up on leads generated from other marketing activities.
Customer contact is primarily via telephone, email, and social media messaging.
In-Fill Sales Consultants are expected to have an uncompromising, "best in class" mindset.
They are the tip of the spear and often the first interaction a prospective resident has with First Step Homes.
Professionalism and standards of excellence are only the minimum.
It is expected and welcomed that, in some cases, we will be asked to carry out activities not directly related to the selling of homes.
This role includes a base salary with unlimited commission as well as other benefits.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
* Sales experience preferred (manufactured housing even better), but not required
* Internally motivated and target driven to achieve sales objectives
* Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
* Basic knowledge of Google platform and CRM practices preferred, but not required
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
* Ability to learn and conform to finance application guidelines
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Flexibility to work some but not all weekends
