Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development for existing staff
- Manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Drive wireless sales by setting sales targets and implementing strategies to achieve them
- Supervise store clerks to ensure efficient and accurate pricing of products
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
Experience:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong background in wireless sales is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and drive sales performance
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and experience with point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling and payroll management
