Cashier/Customer Service

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies - Promote and upsell products and services to meet sales goals Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred - Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus - Knowledge of wireless, technical, or technology sales is beneficial - Familiarity with operating a cash register is desired - Strong communication and interpersonal skills As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions.
