Self Storage Assistant Manager

This position is approximately 11 hours/ week.

*Office Operations* Learn all aspects of the operation software, lease agreements and other day to day activities.
Understanding and following our policies and procedures.
*Sales Operations* Learn the process of over the phone and in person sales; and the ability to follow up on open leads without supervision.
*Here’s what you bring:* * Minimum High school Education.
* We need you to be efficient and can multi-task.
* Basic Computer Skills are a must.
* Customer service and the willingness to go above and beyond for our customers while preserving your personal integrity.
* Experience with apartment leasing, retail, or some type of sales organization is a plus.
* You flourish with relationships and have a natural curiosity about everyone you meet.
* You have a strong learning ability.
* You’re a self-starter.
