*Job Title: Gas Station/Convenience Store Manager*
A fixed salary of $48,000/ per year, plus can earn more through performance-based incentives.

*What you'll be responsible for:*
* Manage customer complaints and oversee the resolution of these complaints.
Ensure that all local, state, and federal requirements are for the lawful operation of the facility.
* Managing Staff - This includes overseeing staff and ensuring that the station provides a safe and secure environment for customers; have the ability to manage staff.
* A Gas Station Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a gas station.
They oversee employees, manage inventory, and ensure that the business is in good operation.
* As a gas station manager, you sometimes have a shift with other employees and other times manage the store on your own.
* Monitor fuel prices daily and adjust whenever necessary with head office instructions.
* We are seeking a motivated Gas Station Manager to oversee the daily operations and activities of our truck stop.
* Ensure proper inventory management; Manage financial aspects of the business, do deposits every day; Maintain a clean and safe environment; Deal with customer inquiries, etc.
* Point of Sale (POS) Systems – Operating and troubleshooting POS systems for processing sales and managing transactions.
Problem Resolution – Addressing.
* Supervise employees' activities in operating the fuel pumps and ensure the safety of their operations.
Implement and monitor company activities in compliance.
* Build a lasting and meaningful relationship with customers to ensure satisfaction and fidelity by providing accurate and friendly advice and support.
* A gas station manager supervises employees and schedules their work hours is as a main responsibility of the job.
