Bethesda Pediatrics is looking for a Pediatric Clinic Manager to oversee clinic operations, lead staff and ensure the highest quality of care for our smallest patients.

General Summary: This position oversees the management of the pediatric medical and dental clinics, including office staff, billing, scheduling, coding, electronic medical records, patient feedback and will work closely with the provider team as well as other leadership.
This person will be highly focused on short-term and long-term clinic goals and possess a genuine belief in our mission, core values and culture.
DELIVER THE UNEXPECTED * ENGAGE THE COMMUNITY * VALUE EVERY PERSON JOB DUTIES Manages and develops an effective staff: providing effective communication, leadership, guidance, and resources according to organizational policies and applicable laws and regulations.
Responsible for direct oversight of day-to-day management of front desk, billing, scheduling Oversee the department’s compliance with legal guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of all administrative patient care services and satisfaction.
Continually seek to improve patient services and implement changes and/or new programming into the clinic as needed.
Lead and develop the department, maintain an inclusive and engaging workplace.
Perform annual employee reviews and provide feedback on their performance to help motivate their dedication to professional goals.
Plan and coordinate patient schedules with medical and dental directors.
Reporting on KPI’s on a weekly basis Co-Responsible with HR manager for creating, updating, and maintaining policies and procedures related clinic staff safety, customer service and patient confidentiality (HIPAA) Responsible for ensuring all licenses are up to date.
Coordination of outside education classes Proficient in Electronic Medical Record systems Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in a healthcare related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three (3) years in Leadership/Management role preferably in a health care field.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when interfacing with patients/clients, personnel, and other healthcare professionals.
WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a medical and retail office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time position.
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays.
