Hospice Clinical Supervisor

Heritage Home Health and Hospice is growing and is looking for a Hospice RN Clinical Supervisor for the Tyler Tx location.
This position is an in-office position with some patient care requited if needed.
* Primary function is for the overall administration of the clinical department and monitoring of appropriate staffing and productivity.
* Coordinates care with the interdisciplinary group, patients, family and referring agency.
* Monitors and analyzes QAPI issues and directs clinical staff with regard to agency policies and procedures.
