_Responsible for conducting/overseeing all client care including:_
* Caregiver scheduling
* Recruiting and hiring field staff
* New client assessments/intakes
* Verification of all weekly hours
* Supervisory visits and quality checks
* Coordinating care with appropriate medical/non-medical institutions
* Handling client complaints and escalations
* Lead generation and management
* Monitoring agency partnerships
_General management responsibilities including:_
* Management of field staff and office staff (performance evaluations, disciplinary action, etc.
)
* “After Hours” on call duties such as phone calls, intakes, fill ins, etc.
* Reporting, compliance, and filing
* Answering phone calls and texts in a timely manner
* Conducting team meetings
*Compensation Description:*
* $75,000-$200,000 (Salary + Bonus + Ownership, range based on performance)
* Paid time off
