Assistant Unit Manager

High School diploma and two to three years experience in IDD or related human service field required.
Knowledge of HCS standards and principals required.
Responsible for the Completion of Individual Plan of Cares/IPC and IP's annually or as needed, will obtain provider consent forms authorizing services annually; monitor service delivery and consumer/LAR satisfaction.
Knowledge of intellectual developmental disabilities programming.
Ability to plan and manage time to provide maximum services for client training.
Ability to pass all applicable training.
Knowledge of behavior management techniques and client training techniques required.
