Position Summary: The mission of the After School Area Director is to provide leadership and supervision for the MAAS program.
Key Result Areas: Manage Program: Ensure program quality is being maintained across all sites and MA standards for program elements are being adhered to.
Recruit, Lead, and Manage Staff: Ensure all site(s) staff positions are filled and individual goal for recruiting staff is met.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all safety measures are implemented and followed at assigned sites.
Partnerships and Community Engagement: Build working relationships with school leadership or other appropriate community partners to ensure the success of the program at assigned sites.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or experience equivalency Bi-Lingual (fluent in English and Spanish) required Ability to work with others Excellent communication skills At least 6 months experience working in a licensed camp setting Benefits: The benefits package at Mentoring Alliance is top-notch.
We provide excellent medical, dental, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and accidental death and dismemberment at no cost to our full-time employees as part of their compensation.
Vision insurance is also offered at a low cost to the employee.

Mentoring Alliance matches employee contributions up to 4%.
Employees receive 17 days of PTO in their first year and receive an additional 5 days on their 1st anniversary and every 5 years after that.
PTO days in your first year of employment may be prorated based on which month you begin.

After 5 years of service, MA gives full-time employees 30 consecutive days off along with a stipend to reflect, get some development, and be spiritually rejuvenated to continue in ministry.
