WenTex Foods is a Wendy’s franchisee proudly serving six stores in Arkansas and Texas, and we are hiring a *committed and experienced Assistant Manager & Co-Manager to add to our BRAND NEW location in Van, TX.

*Position: Assistant Manager/Co-Manager - Van, TX*
*Pay rate:* $35,000-$45,000 - depending on experience

*Criteria:*
* Assists the General Manager in managing the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems.
* Participates in the achievement of store objectives.
* Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices.
Interviews, recommends selection and trains Shift Supervisors and Crew Members in the restaurant.
* Participates in creating and maintaining a "People Excellence" environment.
*A minimum of 3 years quick service restaurant management experience is required.
You must have a Food Handler Card or be willing to obtain one within first 2 weeks of working.
