Role Description Faithco Enterprises Inc.
is currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to join their team.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's HR functions.
This is an on-site role located in Lindale, TX.
The daily responsibilities will include but not limited to: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations Recruiting and hiring employees to fill the company's staffing needs Providing guidance and support to employees regarding benefits, compensation, and HR-related issues Overseeing payroll and benefits administration Creating and maintaining employee records and files Conducting employee training and development programs Assisting management in resolving employee conflicts and issues Qualifications Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including ADA, FMLA, and EEOC Experience with recruitment and hiring practices Strong communication and leadership skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Experience in payroll and benefits administration Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification a plus Benefits Dental and vision insurance Health insurance Paid time off Paid holidays Competitive pay
