Overview:
The Permanency Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the permanency process within their designated region.
This role combines elements of leadership, case management, and strategic planning to ensure that every child in our care finds a safe, nurturing, and permanent home.
The ideal candidate will build long-term relationships with all child welfare stakeholders in the region and ensure quality and consistency across each individual location.

Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Provide guidance, support, and lead a team of support staff, permanency specialists and supervisors.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Ensure that each child's case is thoroughly assessed, and a tailored permanency plan is developed.
Oversee the permanency planning process for children in care.
Regularly monitor and track progress towards permanency goals.
Work closely with recruitment teams to identify potential foster and adoptive families.
Ensure families meet licensing requirements and provide guidance on the licensing process.
Provide ongoing support to families and address any challenges that may arise during placement.
Ensure that all legal requirements and regulations related to foster care and adoption are met.
Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards.
May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
Must have at least 5 years of direct work-related experience.
Previous experience in child welfare, foster care, or adoption services, with strong leadership and supervisory skills.
