*Essential Functions:*
* Oversee client safety by ensuring all areas of concern are addressed prior to certification.
* Ensure recruitment goals are met in assigned offices.
Recruitment goals are defined as homes that can meet the needs of children referred so that census goals are met.
* Conduct Strategic Recruitment meetings with Recruiters/IC and the Director of the office once per month.
* Lead Strategic Recruitment meetings with the local directors and the Vice President once per month.
* Provide individual supervision for each Foster Parent Recruiter (Foster and Kinship) weekly.
All supervisions will be documented and signed by the employee.
* Assist those supervised with locating and scheduling community recruitment events.
* Meet with the marketing department from the national office a minimum of once per month.
* Partner with the marketing department to ensure media campaigns are within budget and produce results through increasing enquires.
* Ensure families are progressing through the certification process in a timely manner.
* Ensure that all families are meeting the initial training requirements set forth by the agency and in accordance with agency/county/state/federal contracts and regulations along with the COA accreditation standards.
* Ensure that all documentation required for the role is in the family electronic record and is in accordance with agency/county/state/federal contracts and regulations along with the COA.
* Assist in the preparation of monthly recruitment reports to be provided to the national office.
* Attend and report during the monthly marketing meetings held with the national office.
* Manage the electronic records system to ensure initial certifications are completed timely and meet all regulatory requirements.
* Provide an environment that promotes respect for clients, their privacy, and confidentiality that follows HIPPA regulations.
*Job Qualifications:*
* Master's degree in Social Work or related field with one year of documented full-time work experience in a child-placing agency, in a residential child-care operation, or as a conservatorship caseworker or foster adoptive home development worker for the department.
* Bachelor's degree in Social or related field with two years of documented full-time work experience in a child-placing agency, in a residential child-care operation, or as a conservatorship caseworker or foster adoptive home development worker for the department.
* Experience must be in conducting assessments, service planning, or case management duties.
The experience may include a maximum of 350 hours of formal, supervised field placement or practicum in child-placing activities.
* One year supervisory experience preferred.
