The Jalapeno Tree is hiring Managers and General Managers in East Texas for our new and existing locations.
Training is at our location in Tyler before transferring to your home store.

Must work weekends, holidays, day shifts, and night shifts.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid driver's license
Prolonged standing, moving at a rapid pace, bending, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motions (including frequent hand washing).
Frequent bending to clean prep tables, maintain a clean station area, pick up debris on floor or other day-to-day restaurant operations.
Constant exposure to extremes in temperature throughout the day (cold temperatures in cooler/freezer and warm temperatures in kitchen area).
Must meet any federal, state, county, or municipal regulations regarding food and beverage service.
Good vision and hearing required.
Ability to read and write, operate computer and telephone.
Coordinate, organize and verbally communicate effectively.
Hours are normally 55 hours per week with variable start and finish times depending on the needs of restaurant.
Some additional time, holiday and weekend work.

Kitchen Managers ensure operational focus on consistent friendliness, guest service, guest satisfaction, cleanliness and Crazy Good Mexican Food™.
Kitchen Manager acts in leadership capacity to develop, train, and hold accountable back of house (BOH) staff to attain positive sales, increased profit, and budgets in addition to upholding the highest standards of food and beverage quality, service, cleanliness and sanitation.
