Overview:
The 4Kids4Family Family Collaboration Supervisor will oversee a team of specialist staff providing guidance, supervision, and support working towards permanency plans, and coordinating efforts to ensure the well-being and stability of children in foster care.
They will also collaborate with families, foster parents, and a variety of stakeholders to achieve the goal of permanency for each child.

Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Supervise a team of Family Collaboration Specialist staff and provide direction, guidance, and support.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss cases, share best practices, and ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations.
Review and assess the progress of cases, ensuring that children in foster care are receiving appropriate services and support.
Collaborate with other 4Kids staff to develop, implement, and monitor progress of a child’s permanency.
Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for specialists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Address and resolve crises or emergencies involving youth and families under your supervision.
Ability to work in an emotion-filled environment which may require conducting home visits in isolated or high crime areas and may involve exposure to substandard and unsanitary living conditions.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including social workers, therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals.
Provide crisis intervention and support services, as required, to team members, children, and families.
Ability to travel and attend child and family visits as well as other work-related appointments and meetings after 5PM.
Ability to be on call and work irregular hours when necessary.
Demonstrate cultural competency and sensitivity in working with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including government agencies, adoption agencies, and community organizations.
Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards.
May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
3-5 years of work-related experience in lieu of degree.
2-3 years of experience in child welfare, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Comprehensive knowledge of foster care and adoption laws, regulations, and best practices.
State licensure or certification may be required.
