Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations.
The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all areas within our facility.
This is a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Duties: - Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained - Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of housekeeping services - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained - Oversee the maintenance and repair of housekeeping equipment - Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services in a prompt and professional manner - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Skills: - Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role - Strong knowledge of custodial and cleaning practices, including industrial cleaning techniques - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Strong attention to detail - Knowledge of floor care techniques is preferred - Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a hotel setting, is a plus We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for this position.
