Desktop Support Manager

Responsibilities: The Manager, Information Technology is responsible for leading multiple Information Services Technicians for a geographical region and for ensuring the production environment for all systems are functioning properly.
This role also encompasses managing system end point devices.
The manager will work jointly with other IT resources on strategic and tactical efforts, physical security, collaboration with local/regional facilities, personnel, system monitoring and tracking, operational and security controls, and service/maintenance agreements.
Qualifications: Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in Information Systems, with prior management experience Experience in Desktop support Preferred Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field Healthcare experience Experience with VDI’s Certifications (A+, MCP)
