The milk herd is tested annually for TB and Brucellosis and is completely clean.
These are the two tests the state of Texas requires for running a licensed raw dairy.
The dairy is predominately grass fed, only supplemented during milking once a day, then on free graze pasture at all other times.
We're in Grand Saline TX, but have hauling available for an additional fee ($3-4 a loaded mile).
