*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
As a face of Partners Management Group, the Concierge is essential to the company's reputation and personalized client experience.
Professional etiquette (verbal, non-verbal & written), confidentiality and having a solution-oriented approach are defining characteristics of a successful Concierge.
This role will also perform other duties & responsibilities consistent with the position & as assigned by the Lead Concierge or Community Manager.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Greeting clients, owners, and residents in a friendly and professional manner
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client, owner and resident inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
* Developing and fostering relationships with clients, vendors, and visitors.
* Control and maintain access to the building
* Serve as gatekeepers of emergency protocol
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction

* Computer and Record Keeping proficiency to research as well as maintain logs, forms and task lists

* Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods of time.
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
*EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:*
* Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar customer service role is strongly preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent education
