Financial Analyst (Tyler On-Site)

The financial analyst is responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team.
This role prepares and maintains financial data that supports the annual budgeting and forecasting process, and other various financial and operational analysis and accounting projects.
This individual will also provide significant operational support to the sales function for the business.
This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities:  Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
 Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
 Prepare and distribute daily and weekly projection reports to appropriate management teams.
 Assisting with budgeting and forecasting  Understanding key business drivers.
 Comfortability in working in large data sets  Assisting project teams with financial guidance.
 Developing financial projections and building financial models.
 Performing research and analysis as directed by VP of Finance.
Qualifications: Required Skills/Abilities:  Healthcare experience (specifically home health and hospice) is preferred.
 Working knowledge of financial strategies.
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
 Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
 Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
 Familiarity with Homecare Homebase EMR a plus  Must have at least two years of experience working in an accounting or finance department.
 Must be experienced in Microsoft office suite, especially excel, including pivot tables, vlookups and sumifs.
