Skip Trace Agent

JOB TITLE: Skip Trace Agent DEPARTMENT: Public REPORTS TO: Call Center Supervisor SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None JOB LOCATION: Sulphur Springs, Texas TRAVEL: none SUMMARY OF POSITION: Data entry using internal program to locate/update bad addresses and phone numbers in case files for future contact.
This is an entry level position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Research, locate, and update bad addresses and phone number within internal software system Assist with daily mail sort and distribution Process returned mail and update in software as needed Assist with mailing operations Assist Call Center Supervisor and Director of Operations with office tasks as needed MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE): High School Diploma Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills Ability to troubleshoot minor issues Ability to use reasoning and deduction to locate accurate information Must be able to maintain focus and be self-motivated PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE): Computer experience preferred Bilingual preferred but not required Physical Demands and Work Environment: Call Center Environment Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a desk while typing on a computer Job requires continuous typing on the keyboard No lifting is required Noise level in the work environment is moderate Experience Required 1 year(s): Call Center or Customer Service Experience Education Required High School or better
